This website is one of a number of websites I have set up purely as information websites on the most used and popular medicinal herbs.

I have been writing on the use of herbs for both medicinal and culinary use for a number of years now and am an academic member of the American Botanical Council.

It is my aim to provide, for each of the herbs included in this series of websites, reliable information, positive or negative about claims made for its therapeutic value, together with its known side effects and contraindications with other medicines, if known.

I do not sell any products directly from this site but provide links to products from established and reliable suppliers whom I have reason to trust.

Articles not written by me on this website are written by trusted colleagues and well known experts in their field who alone take responsibility for the advice and information they provide.
